A good channel partner can be a key component in the supply chain.  The outstanding ones provide strong customer support, technically-driven resources, and work together to make sure appropriate local inventory is available to satisfy the needs of local customers.

Choosing the right distributor partner to help drive success is not easy.  It takes trust, dialogue, and the realization that the customer is “our customer.”   We welcome those that are driven for success and willing to go to bat with us.  Order takers are so 1980s.
